The Second Half of 2011 Begins!

And what a beginning it was! Although it is really hard to find a picture to do both today and yesterday justice :s

The day started with the UPhoto Summer Nature Walk Event. Apart from a few delays (we all did stay up quite late after finishing up our Canada Day stuff :x) the event started off without much of a hitch. It was a really nice walk with familiar faces and a couple of new ones :) Sadly, the event went on longer then I expected and I ended up missing a friends birthday dinner :( So I ended up going to Red Robin with everyone, I swear that the food wasn't as great, when I went last year, as it was today, the Salmon & Chips were so good! :D

Even though I missed my friends birthday dinner, I still did a chance to go to his little gathering at his house to play video games and I'm so glad I went :x Never had so much fun playing a 3 player free-for-all match in COD: Black Ops, we went from knife fights to the normal gun fights so quickly lol and even playing Halo: Reach's co-op campaign mode on Legendary was intense xD Such a shame that we only made it to the 2nd level before it became way too late, we died so much :x

The last 2 days have been amazing. The first half of this year ended on a great note and the second half has started on a good one too. Now to see what the next 6 months will bring :)
