It's pretty awesome how the sun appears to be like a cute little star there, if you get what I mean. The flare is great and I like how subtle it is here as well... it's pretty interesting how the clouds flare out like rays, or like the after-effects of an explosion, almost.
The colours are brilliant in the way they graduate and I like how you've captured a bit of the buildings and land to ground this further and offer a sense of solidity as well.
